Chapter 0: The Beginning I am currently a 1st year MBBS student. Starting this blog is my way of capturing the experiences, challenges, and milestones that have shaped me up to this point. This chapter, “The Beginning,” is a look back at where it all started—before the textbooks, the late-night study sessions, and the white coat dreams. When this all started? As a child, my dreams ranged from becoming a scientist to an astronaut, or perhaps someone who could make a difference in the world. But my parents, especially my mom and dad, had their own dreams for me—they wanted to see me become a doctor. In our country, being a doctor is considered one of the noblest professions, a role that commands both respect and purpose. As I grew older, I started to realize that my childhood ambitions, however grand, might not be realistic given the circumstances around me.
